1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using jilo1 services, you enter into a binding contract with jilo1. These Terms govern your use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposit and withdrawal transactions, gameplay, bonus participation, and communication with customer support. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

jilo1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Players or through prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of jilo1 services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are expressly forbidden from creating accounts or placing wagers on jilo1. 2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are permitted to hold only one account on jilo1. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false or borrowed identities will be closed, and all associated funds may be forfeited.

jilo1 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify Player identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and potentially additional documents at jilo1's discretion. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, including unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You agree to notify jilo1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access or any security breach.

jilo1 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. jilo1 will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from jilo1 requesting your password should be reported immediately to our support team.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilo1 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), over-the-counter payments at authorized centers (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier), and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20 and ERC20 networks). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposited funds are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor, typically within 1-15 minutes depending on the method. jilo1 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. Deposits made in currencies other than Philippine Pesos (PHP) will be converted at prevailing exchange rates.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming Controls

jilo1 provides deposit limit tools to promote responsible gaming. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 48 hours, though they may be decreased immediately. Deposit limits are cumulative across all payment methods and cannot be circumvented by creating additional accounts.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to wagering requirements, bonus terms, and successful account verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where feasible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., over-the-counter cash deposits), you will be required to provide alternative withdrawal instructions, such as a verified GCash account or bank account in your name.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, ₱500 for bank transfers, and equivalent in cryptocurrency. Standard Players may withdraw up to ₱100,000 per day and ₱500,000 per month. VIP Players have higher limits based on their loyalty tier. jilo1 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of 2.5% or ₱50, whichever is greater.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits made with bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements outlined in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount and must be completed within the specified timeframe (usually 30 days) before withdrawal is permitted. Incomplete wagering requirements result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.2 Betting Limits and Maximum Winnings

Maximum total winnings per Player per day are capped at ₱20,000,000 across all games.

5.3 Irregular Play and Bonus Abuse

jilo1 monitors Player activity for irregular play patterns that may indicate advantage play, bonus abuse, or collusion. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously in roulette), exploitation of game malfunctions or errors, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and any form of automated betting or use of third-party software or bots.

Players found engaging in irregular play or bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided. jilo1 reserves the right to close accounts, confiscate funds, and report suspected fraud to relevant authorities. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, jilo1 will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

jilo1 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational Players and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to maximum bet limits (typically ₱100 per spin or hand) during the wagering period. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games 10%. Excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements and may be restricted during active bonus periods.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeitures

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilo1 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or located in a prohibited jurisdiction
• Creating multiple accounts or accounts using false identities
• Depositing funds from sources not in your own name or derived from illegal activities
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise Platform security
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing jilo1 staff or other Players
• Exploiting game malfunctions, errors, or unintended features for profit
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jilo1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Unclaimed balances remaining in closed accounts for more than 90 days will be subject to administrative fees. Voluntary closure does not release you from obligations arising from these Terms, including outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

8.2 Termination by jilo1

jilo1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, irregular play, fraud, or any conduct jilo1 deems harmful to its operations or reputation. Upon termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to jilo1. Decisions regarding account termination are final and not subject to appeal.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on jilo1, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of jilo1 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

jilo1 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. jilo1 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. In no event shall jilo1 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

jilo1's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the six months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jilo1 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilo1 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without jilo1's prior written consent. jilo1 may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.
